Complete Health And Inspiration is about providing hope and encouragement to those who are weary and feeling lost, and inspiration to those who are seeking for meaning in life and a better future.
I decided to come up with this channel when I realized I wanted to reach out to those who feel unvalued and misunderstood. I lost loved ones to suicide and my Mom spent most of her time caring for relatives who’ve been in and out of care facilities, while I was away up the mountain raising little kids.
I know there has to be a better way to live. I summarized my research on how to live a healthy lifestyle and came up with the 8 WELLNESS Principles. I am providing my services to those who are up for a challenge to Walk On WELLNESS.
I am creating a 12-month flagship program where I can mentor participants not just locally or nationwide, but as far as where technology can reach, to help them overcome their limiting beliefs, create a new way of thinking that would teach them how to change the narrative of their life-story, and eventually help them discover and build the best version of themselves.

Tell Your Story
I grew up in a fun-loving family. My Dad was a drummer in a band and it was always fun when his group came to practice at home when he wasn’t working as deputy sheriff. My Mom conducted their school choir when she was an elementary school teacher and she baked the best pastries. I always looked forward to her chiffon cake on my birthdays.
Music has been a big part of my growing years and in my deepest pain I penned the lyrics to my song, Precious One. My poem, Ripple of Love was published in An Hour At Sunrise, An International Library of Poetry, as a member of the International Society of Poets.
